I'm back.

Sorry for the time away folks I've had some personal buisness to take care of. But now that that's out of the way I'll be posting again on a more regular basis.

On Sat. April 2nd I'll be traveling out to Foxwoods and I'll be sure to right a full report from that trip. There should be tons of action there as The New England Poker Classic always draws a huge turnout. All three hotels are booked solid and we found a room approx. 3 miles away so if youre going beware of that.

Ok so good to be back and like I said look for more frequent posts again.

Extreme Poker Hall of SHAME.

I will periodicly induct a new member into the Extreme Poker hall of shame. I will start today with a few inductees, beginning with Phil Helmuth JR.Phil is the biggest crybaby I've ever seen play the game, Thus he makes the list. His whinning and crying after the 2004 Tournament of champions when he got beat by Annie Duke was the deciding factor for me.

Next I have to induct Dan Harrington, Not because of Dan's play, but for the awful way he wore that Boston Celtics hat at the 2004 WSOP. has'nt he ever heard of putting a bend in the brim? I guess the Horseshoe has no mirrors! I actually have a hard time watching these episodes on T.V. because of how stupid that hat looks.

Check back for future inductees as stupid things occur.

Sammy Farha Pokers "Kiing of Cool"

Sammy Farha, Pokers "King of Cool" Posted by Hello
What can You say about Sam Farha, that has'nt already been said? He is surely my favorite player, I hated the fact that he lost heads up to Moneymaker in the 2003 WSOP. Sam definately deserved to win, he clearly out played Moneymaker, who caught some of the most unbelievable cards I've ever seen.

Sam is origanally form Lebanon and moved to the United States in the 1970's. Mr. Farha, who also has a degree in buisness, Won the 1996 WSOP pot limit omaha tournament, and finished 3rd in 2002. In 2003 He finished 2nd to Chris Moneymaker for a cool 1.5 million dollars.

Sammy's savvy and class, accompanied by his very sharp poker skills and knowledge, make him my choice for the "King of Cool". The way he dresses commands respect and shows it to the game. He seems to be a very shrewed buisnessman and maybe that is what makes him a poker star. I think Sam is the best and really hope to see him at a final table again soon.
